“This youth exchange has significantly impacted my year and overall my life. I learned a lot of valuable life lessons and met the most amazing people from all over Europe! Every day was filled with excitement to learn about new opportunities for youth, explore the surroundings and overall enjoy each other’s company through improvement and a variety of games. Learning in this environment was very smooth and easy, since everyone was involved and there was no space for judgment. Spending nights teaching each other traditional dances, having deep conversations by the bonfire at night and stargazing – all made this feel like a movie experience. I will forever be grateful for this incredible experience, because I met amazing people like Francesca, Maria, Darvin, Haris and many others with whom I was honored to share my love for adventure. “Participating in the “Generation Next: Empower Your Career Success” project brought me many positive and unforgettable moments and experiences, significantly contributing to both my personal and professional development. This exchange provided me with the invaluable opportunity to meet individuals from various countries and explore the vibrant city of Prague. The experience was both professionally and personally enriching, and it allowed me to engage in a structured and engaging daily schedule while socializing with people from diverse cultures. One of the highlights of the exchange was participating in improvisational activities, which were both new and intriguing to me. Additionally, the dance workshop was particularly memorable, given my background in dance training. These activities added a unique and special dimension to the overall experience. I expanded my horizons regarding different cultures, stepped out of my comfort zone, and enhanced my communication skills and teamwork abilities. “I would start by saying that the participation in the Erasmus project “Generation Next” was an amazing experience that broadened my horizons both in my career and in my personal life. While in this program, I had the opportunity to see myself collaborating with people from different cultures and with that improving my skills. The environment, created by young people from all over the world, fostered a rich exchange of ideas and perspectives that will help all of us in future chapters of our lives. Living in the Czech Republic allowed me to experience the country’s rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant cultural scene firsthand. From exploring the charming streets of Prague to hiking in the picturesque Bohemian countryside, every moment was filled with discovery and adventure. The local people were incredibly welcoming and always willing to share their culture and traditions.
