“My friends who had already participated in BRAVO projects shared their fantastic experiences with me, but I didn’t expect it to be this great. I never thought I’d visit Kosovo, but now I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Kosovo has its own unique traditions and special atmosphere, which you can feel while walking through the city.
On this project, I not only learned about the culture and way of life in Kosovo, but also from other countries whose participants were part of the team. I spent five unforgettable days with people I had just met, and I connected with them in a way that assures me that these friendships will last forever. I believe this is one of the best things about BRAVO projects – aside from learning and seeing so many new things, you create lifelong friendships. It doesn’t matter if we don’t see each other often or don’t communicate regularly; I know our bond will remain strong. I would recommend everyone to sign up for these projects. I’m sure every person will find their group, whether among participants from their own country or from others. Don’t be afraid to try!” – Amina Čivić
“Participating in the international exchange program in Kosovo was an unforgettable experience. The project brought together young people from different backgrounds, fostering cultural exchange and mutual understanding. Through various workshops and discussions, I gained valuable insights into leadership, teamwork, and intercultural communication. The hospitality of the local community and the opportunity to explore Kosovo’s rich history and culture made the experience even more special. I also built strong connections with other participants, some of whom have become lifelong friends. This exchange not only broadened my perspective but also enhanced my professional and personal growth. I would highly recommend such programs to anyone looking to expand their horizons and develop essential skills for the future.”

“This was an incredible experience for me. I met many new people and created friendships that will last my whole life. I also learned a lot of new things about climate change and nature. With the help of excellent and experienced trainers, I gained knowledge and skills that will be useful throughout my life. The trainers made an effort to reach us through interactive workshops and to pass on useful knowledge.” – Faruk Suljović
“If you are a young, motivated person who is looking for opportunity to learn and discover new things while creating lifelong friendships, then you are in the right place. “Fast forward” was simply “ that one” experience for me. Full of knowledge, laughter and beautiful memories. For the week I’ve been there, I enjoyed every single second of it. From interactive workshops to late night coffee’s with people from all around Europe. If you were to ask me if I would repeat this week in Kosovo, I would. And I could repeat it thousands of times and never get bored of it. A big thanks goes to the organisers of the project for making it such an extraordinary experience, but also young people who gave the project its soul. So if you are a young person reading this, what are you waiting for? Apply to that project, pack your bags and go for it. It will just maybe be one project that will change it all.” – Jakuta Duvnjak
“I embarked on an extraordinary journey in Peja, Kosovo, where the environment and climate change became one of the best I’ve ever worked on.This was my second “Fast Forward” project and this time we were hosted by Balkan Forum in Peja. It wasn’t just about the research or the solutions I proposed—it was about making a real impact. I delved deep into understanding the environmental challenges faced by Balkan countries and also Spain. But the project wasn’t the only thing that stood out. As I worked, I found like-minded people who shared my passion for the environment, especially from North Macedonia. Through our collaboration, I built friendships that I know will last a lifetime. These friendships aren’t just based on shared interests; they are rooted in trust, mutual respect, and a common desire to create positive change.” – Džejlana Varupa
