ABOUT THE PROJECT
EmpowerED is a dynamic youth exchange focused on raising awareness, building resilience, and promoting mental wellbeing among young people from diverse backgrounds. Through non-formal education methods, creative workshops, and peer learning, participants will explore mental health topics in a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment.
During the exchange participants will engage in sessions focused on: The importance of self-care and wellbeing Stress management techniques and relaxation methods Art based sessions Exchange of good practices and challenges Strategies to prevent burnouts
