This training course is designed to develop effective and innovative methods to address inclusion and diversity both locally and in European countries, to share, discuss and brainstorm good practices of inclusion and diversity in sport, and to develop the ability to work in a team and with other organizations in a network. This project will gather a total of 27 youth workers from 5 countries and 6 organizations and they will have the opportunity to experience new methods and techniques.
