This project, hosted by Fundacja Spektrum Wiedzy in collaboration with the sending organization Fondacija Poduzetnika u BiH and BRAVO, aims to foster cultural understanding and integration among European youth workers through training sessions and study visits. Participants will explore Polish history and culture while sharing insights from their own countries, promoting mutual understanding, reducing stereotypes, and strengthening European cohesion.
During the course, participants will engage in various educational activities, gaining valuable skills in communication, leadership, and cultural awareness while building a network of youth workers from different regions.
