Sports organizations play a crucial role in shaping sports culture and promoting equality in sports. However, in many of these organizations, women are underrepresented in managerial and decision – making positions. The aim of this round table is to explore the challenges women face in attaining high – level positions in sports organizations and to discuss ways to enhance their involvement and contribution in these key roles.

The panel will include leading experts in sports management, female athletes, gender equality activists, and other relevant stakeholders who will share their experiences, perspectives, and proposals for change.
