Training Laboratory is a training programme designed for educators, peer educators, and trainers working by means of non-formal education with young people on youth empowerment and active participation.
The Training Laboratory explores the following themes:
What is non-formal civic education, and how can it support young people’s active civic participation?
What are the methodological essentials of non-formal education for civic education?
Which competences does a civic educator need to have?
How do I plan civic education activities for young people?
How do I deliver a civic education workshop for young people?
The programme aims to develop competences that are needed for the planning and implementation of civic training, education courses, workshops, and youth encounters. A specific focus of the programme is on educational means and practices for strengthening youth participation.
Youth workers or those interested in working with young people
Motivated to work on youth empowerment and conduct workshops and educational activities

Available to participate for the entire duration of the project

Participants will be accommodated in shared rooms (2–5 people per room). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided by the organizers.
