Organized by “Windmill Tree Foundation” under their Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation, this project will take place from April 2nd to 10th, 2025, in Trzcińsko, Poland. This training cycle is designed to explore the relationship between theater and education, highlighting how theatrical techniques (in this edition – improvisation) can enhance learning and teaching methods of non-formal education. This training is about stepping into the process, testing it on yourself, and gaining the confidence to guide others through it. Improvisation is a powerful tool for building self-confidence. It encourages spontaneity, adaptability, and creativity, helping individuals trust their instincts and embrace the unknown.
By stepping out of their comfort zones, participants will improve their skills to express themselves freely, overcome fear of failure and learn to react quickly. Whether in education, the workplace, or everyday interactions, improvisation helps develop strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to adapt with ease.
We will get back to you as soon as possible!
