The project, designed to strengthen the internationalization of youth work through knowledge and experience exchange, will
be implemented in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It aims to empower youth workers by equipping them with the tools and methods
necessary to guide young people in developing transnational cooperation skills, sharing know-how, and building sustainable
networks. By focusing on non-formal learning, the project seeks to foster active citizenship, encourage meaningful youth
participation in civil society, and support their personal and professional development through workshops, peer learning, and
collaborative sessions. Participants will explore the impact of digitalization on youth work, discuss the role of youth workers in
combating social misinformation and digital manipulation, and develop innovative approaches to youth engagement that
promote intercultural dialogue, responsible digital behavior, and inclusion. The project also addresses the long-term capacity
building of participating NGOs and promotes a culture of cooperation, resilience, and shared responsibility among youth
organizations across different countries
