ABOUT THE PROJECT
In the face of rapidly evolving economic, technological, and societal dynamics, it is no longer sufficient for companies to manage only the present; they must also anticipate the future and prepare strategically. This project aims to equip young entrepreneurs with futures literacy, a critical competence that enables businesses to build resilience against uncertainty, identify emerging opportunities and threats, and develop proactive strategies. By fostering this capability, the project supports the creation of sustainable and innovative business models that offer a competitive edge. In the context of megatrends such as digital transformation, the climate crisis, and shifting societal expectations, futures literacy becomes a strategic necessity for forward looking entrepreneurship.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
- Age: 18 – 35
- Language Skills: English speaking participants
- Young entrepreneurs who are in the early stages of developing innovative, sustainable, and future-oriented business ideas.
- Motivated to enhance their foresight and futures literacy skills, adapt to evolving market dynamics, and engage in international collaboration.
- Tolerant towards all identities (language, religion, nationality, gender…)
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRAVEL
– All the accommodation and food cost are 100% covered
– Travel costs will be refunded
– During the training, lunch will be provided by the hosting organization.
–Venue: Muallimköy Mahallesi, Deniz Caddesi, No: 143-5, Gebze
–For participants staying at hotels in Gebze, a shuttle service will be available to/from Bilisim Vadisi on training days
