ABOUT THE PROJECT
The aim of this ESC is to boost creativity and solidarity in rural areas by involving European youth in cultural and social activities. Volunteers will become active promoters of creativity, inclusion, and cultural awareness in the local community.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES
🎙️Media & Communication:
Translating the association’s website
Managing social media and event coverage
🤝 Community Engagement:
Organizing ESC/volunteering promotion workshops
Collaborating with local and international partners
Supporting youth fairs, cultural events, and associations
🧠 Personal Projects:
Develop your own idea that benefits the local community
Create a leisure guide for future volunteers
📦 Other:
Administrative tasks (infopacks, contracts)
Light cleaning once a week
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
- Aged 20–30
- Proficient in English language
- Motivated, creative, proactive
- Comfortable in rural or socially excluded environments
- Basic digital skills (web, social media)
- Preferably previous Erasmus+/ESC experience
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRAVEL
- Hellín is a small town in the province of Albacete, located in the Castilla-La Mancha region of Spain. While it may not offer the hustle and bustle of a big city, it provides a peaceful, authentic environment where you can enjoy a slower pace of life, meaningful local engagement, and real cultural immersion.

WI-FI and full kitchen
Covered utilities up to €50/month
Close to office and bus station
Monthly support: €180 (pocket money) + €150 (food)
Travel reimbursement: up to €275 (depending on country)
