ABOUT THE PROJECT
CINEBALK is a youth-focused initiative that uses cinema as a transformative tool to promote civic engagement, social inclusion, and cultural dialogue across the Balkans. It aims to equip young people with digital storytelling skills and support them in producing short films that reflect their cultural identities, local issues, and shared values. On this festival / final event you will have the opportunity to see the results of this project first hand.

ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRAVEL
- Venue: HOTEL “IMPERIAL” ELBASAN, ALBANIA, ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ACCOMMODATED IN SHARED ROOMS.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served
- Travel expenses will be refunded
- Accomodation costs are covered
