ABOUT THE PROJECT

“Anyone Hears My Voice?” aims at bringing together 35 participants aged 16-29 between 01-10 July from Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Slovakia and Italy. The participants (6+ one leader) in total 7, will stay together for 10 days. During this period participants will learn essential natural disaster survival skills. When it comes to natural disasters such earthquakes and floods it may hit us and our families any time, causing serious harm to our habitation areas and our lives. Within this project in the field of youth, our institution aims to disseminate essential survival skills among young people from 5 different countries (Türkiye, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovakia and Italy) on disaster. EU policy documents in the field of youth consistently insist that young people and NGOs together take the initiative to help member states deal with this problem through volunteering activities, disaster prevention plans and awareness-raising activities. Through the project activities we will come up with key knowledges linked to disaster management and emergency action plans we have formed in the consortium with our partnering organizations. At the same time, we plan to increase the participants’ capacities in this field and successfully improve their current knowledge/skills.
