As youth workers we believe that there is a lot of room for improvement in how entities approach the conflicts and situations they encounter. We believe that if youth workers have the opportunity to train and share best practices in aspects such as conflict situations, misunderstandings and diversity, future young people who participate in their mobilities will have a better and more enriching experience. In conclusion, we could say that MEGA seeks to increase the knowledge of youth workers on mediation, conflict resolution and human diversity so that they are able to effectively resolve incidents that may appear in any activity launched by the participating entities
Youth Hostel “Navarredonda De Gredos” is a building in the Natural Park of Gredos, between rivers and mountains. It is on the banks of the Tormes, where you can enjoy nature. It is located 2 hours from Madrid and its closest city is Ávila. The rooms are shared by 2 people (our roommate will be from a different country than ours). It has a kitchen, sports facilities, common rooms.
All participants must fly to Madrid. To return home, the flight will depart from Madrid. Participants must be in Madrid on March 29 at 4:30 p.m. To return to your countries, you can take the return flights from April 5 at 12:00. A private bus will pick you up in Madrid and drop you off at the hostel (the same for the return). You can catch the bus at the airport or in the city center.
We will get back to you as soon as possible!
