The working meeting held in Thessaloniki, Greece from 2nd until 5th of December 2025 within the framework of the DiGiVOGUI project brought project partners together to review progress, exchange feedback, and align on next steps for successful implementation. The meeting served as an important coordination moment, strengthening collaboration and ensuring that project activities remain on track with their objectives of empowering youth through digital and vocational guidance.
The first day of the meeting focused on in-depth working sessions dedicated to feedback and project updates. Partners discussed the current status of activities, shared challenges and good practices, and reviewed progress achieved so far. These discussions allowed participants to reflect on lessons learned and identify areas for improvement, contributing to a more efficient and impactful continuation of the project. The afternoon sessions continued with strategic planning and coordination, enabling partners to align responsibilities and timelines.
The second day of the meeting took place at Schedia’s office and continued with structured working sessions focused on project updates and feedback. Partners reviewed key milestones, assessed implementation quality, and discussed upcoming activities. The final working session of the meeting was dedicated to closing discussions, summarizing key conclusions, and confirming next steps to ensure smooth project delivery.
An important highlight of the meeting was the dissemination activity carried out as part of the DiGiVOGUI project during the Volunteers Day Event organized by the Civil Society Thess-NETWORK. Held in the Ladadika area at the EIGHTBALL Hall, the event provided an excellent opportunity to present the project to a wider audience, increase its visibility, and engage with civil society organizations, volunteers, and stakeholders interested in youth empowerment and digital inclusion.
Overall, the meeting played a crucial role in reinforcing partnership cooperation, enhancing project coordination, and strengthening dissemination efforts. By combining focused working sessions with public outreach activities, the DiGiVOGUI project continues to build strong foundations for meaningful impact and sustainable results across its partner countries.
