From 11 to 18 April 2024, youth workers from six European countries came together in Poland to take part in the Erasmus+ training course “Decoding Cultures”. This dynamic mobility focused on intercultural learning, youth inclusion, and preventing conflict through education.

The participants engaged in a week of interactive workshops, group reflections, and cultural exchange activities designed to promote mutual understanding, challenge stereotypes, and strengthen cooperation in the field of youth work.

📌 The project aimed to:
• Encourage cultural awareness and empathy
• Promote diversity and inclusive practices
• Address the roots of radicalisation through dialogue and education
• Foster long-term collaboration among youth workers in Europe

Through non-formal education methods, the training empowered youth workers with new skills in communication, leadership, and inclusive engagement. More than just a learning opportunity, the experience also sparked new friendships, ideas, and future partnerships that will continue to grow across borders.
