The survey focuses on athlete career transitions, exploring dual-career frameworks, existing gaps in support systems, skills development barriers, and relevant policies. Your insights and real-world experience are crucial for identifying challenges and shaping more effective, inclusive approaches that help athletes successfully transition beyond their sporting careers.
