The AI4NEET (Enhancing Employability of NEETs through Artificial Intelligence) project aims to address one of the most pressing challenges in Europe today – supporting young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEETs) in re-entering education, training and the labour market through innovative, digital and AI-based solutions.
Through this needs assessment survey, we seek to better understand the real challenges, capacities and priority needs of youth workers and youth organisations working with NEET young people. Your input helps us explore how digital tools and artificial intelligence can enhance guidance, skills development and employability pathways, while ensuring an ethical, inclusive and human-centred approach to technology in youth work.
The collected insights will directly inform the design of a European cooperation project under the Erasmus+ Programme (Capacity Building in the Field of Youth), ensuring that its objectives, activities and methodologies are grounded in real needs identified across different local, national and regional contexts.
