Is the name of our organization still a mystery to you? Are we really fulfilling what the title says? Then keep reading and see why we are BRAVO.
Azra, Milan and Tarik took a participation in EQ+ Emotional Intelligence Project in Samobor and this is what they say about it.
Azra states the following: “This project was very well organized. Both organizations did a great job in fulfilling their obligations. BRAVO organization prepared us well before we went to the project. When we arrived to Samobor, we had a lot of support from the Impress organization. Trainers tried to adapt their methods to participants and worked really hard on actually teaching us.
I learned more than I expected. There was a lot of aspects in which I extended my knowledge. Some of them are: active listening, better understanding of others, self-reflection, how to use methods we talked about in future. The thing I am going to remember for a long time is our team and team work. There were lots of exercises based on team work. We had to adapt our set of skills to others’ set. I love how we all clicked and how every team member tried their best to contribute to our work. It’s always better doing it together and I’m very happy that our team always managed to do the best they could.”
Milan‘s comment on the project is the following: “This project helped me to know what is the point of emotional intelligence in general. It helped me to better understand myself and how I deal in different situations. I can say I am ready to listen to others and to control my emotions in order to reach the certain goal. As I am going to implement gained knowledge in real life, starting from daily conversations as well as business oriented communication I can say that I will share my knowledge and gained experience in terms of that. But first, the gained knowledge will to be shared with my family members and my closest friends. I can also say that this training helped to develop my social skills and by that I think on how I interact with people, what at the end is an essential part of emotional intelligence. The project gave me a lot of new friends around the Europe. It also helped me to develop and sharp my English skills as well as listening and speaking skills. At the end, for me it was a very positive and useful spent time.”
And finally, Tarik states that he acquired useful knowledge which can help him control his emotions. His full testimony you can read here: “By staying in Samobor and dealing with the topic of the project, I gained new experience and a new view of life and the world. Our coach Roberto did a great job, giving us that opportunity where we could study ourselves. I learned now that I can control my emotions.”
