On 10th February 2026, partners of the XXI Adults project gathered online for a coordination meeting to review progress, align upcoming activities, and define the next steps in the project implementation.
BRAVO was represented by Kenan Junuzović, contributing to discussions on implementation, quality assurance, and coordination.
The meeting began with a comprehensive review of the project GANTT chart, ensuring that all work packages remain on schedule and that responsibilities are clearly distributed among partners.
The review allowed partners to identify critical deadlines and confirm their commitments for the upcoming period.
Preparation of the XXI Adults Training Guide
A key discussion point was the preparation of the XXI Adults Training Guide. Nova highlighted certain inconsistencies within the document and committed to sending detailed comments by 17 February. All partners agreed to complete the correction process and finalize the Training Guide by 24 February at the latest.
This milestone is essential for ensuring high-quality educational content that reflects the shared expertise and standards of all consortium members.
Partners discussed the design of the Implementation Plan, emphasizing the need to involve an expert in each participating country. Educational centers will have flexibility in implementing the identified good practices; however, a clear strategy must be provided to guide the experts and ensure consistency across countries.
Educational Platform Development
Another important milestone concerns the development of the educational platform. Partners agreed that the platform must be fully established by the end of February, allowing time for review and feedback from all consortium members.
The platform will serve as a central space for hosting project materials and supporting implementation at the local level.
Pilot Phase Preparation
Regarding the pilot phase, IRM will provide the final version of the piloting documents by the end of February. Two separate documents will be prepared: one tailored for project partners and another specifically designed for educational centers.
Approach aims to facilitate smooth piloting and clear communication with all stakeholders involved.
Dissemination and Next Steps
In terms of dissemination, Diputación de Valladolid will lead the February dissemination activities.
All partners were reminded of their responsibility to submit the final version of the Training Guide by 24th February.
