This project is hosted by Future in Our Hands, in collaboration with the sending organization BRAVO, and is supported and co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme. The training course brings together young people and youth workers from across Europe who are interested in digital and media literacy, artificial intelligence, and responsible use of digital technologies in today’s information-driven society.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

In today’s AI-driven and information-saturated society, digital and media literacy has become an essential competence for full participation in social, civic, and cultural life. Individuals are constantly exposed to large volumes of information and are increasingly required to critically access, analyze, evaluate, and create digital content in order to make informed decisions related to their personal lives, health, work, and civic engagement.

Beyond consuming information, active participation in contemporary culture also requires the ability to responsibly create and share content. The “Smarty” training course responds to this need by equipping participants with practical skills and critical perspectives on media, digital tools, and artificial intelligence.
