BRAVO BiH

Participating in this Training Course in Hungary was an inspiring and enriching experience. The sessions were exceptionally well-designed, focusing on training for trainers methods and practical tools for improving facilitation skills. Every workshop was engaging, interactive, and filled with valuable insights that helped us grow both personally and professionally. I am really happy that with this project we got the chance to show our knowledge and practically show what we have learned, by facilitating one session alone.

Another highlight of the program were people. We had the chance to connect with wonderful young individuals from many different cultures, each bringing their own perspectives and experiences. We were also proud to present the culture of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and it felt rewarding to share our traditions, values, and stories with others.

Some of our favorite memories were created outside the sessios. Evening walks along the shores of Lake Balaton during sunset, and long, late night conversations made the experience even more meaningful. These shared moments helped us build friendships that will last far beyond the project.

I am very thankful for this opportunity and I believe experiences like these ones help us develop as individuals.– Jelena Blagojević

“During this project, I had a really great time and it was very positive experience for me. The training course was held in Révfülöp, Hungary and the main topic was about youth work and how to organise good workshops. I met many new people from different countries and I actually made a lot of new friends. Everyone was very open, friendly and ready to talk to, so it was easy to connect. During the sessions, I learned the main steps of preparing and leading a workshop. I understood how to communicate with young people, how to keep their attention. I also learned how to work in a team and how important it is to listen to others. The activities helped me to feel more confident and to express my ideas without fear. This project had a big impact on me because it showed me that I want to continue working with young people in the future. I feel more motivated now, and I believe that I have improved my skills a lot. I am very thankful for this opportunity, and I hope I can join similar projects again!”  – Harun Karić

“First I have to say my experience from TC: Training Laboratory in Révfülöp, Hungary is unforgettable. Révfülöp itself is a quiet, clean place with beautiful nature and landscaping, ideal for such projects. Hungarians are also very good hosts. I was most impressed by our coach, Seba, and his way of working. I think he perfectly presented the theme, which was exactly the trainig laboratory, and prepared us for the challenges we may encounter in the job of a non-formal educators. The things we learnd don’t have to refer only to that, but to any kind of work with people that we may encounter in life. Some of those things are: how to position yourself towards a specific target group in relation to their interests, how to motivate different people, what qualities are important for a trainer… Suma sumarum, I came back home feeling more confident, open-minded, and motivated to apply what I learned in my community. It was important part of my professional and personal development.” – Zejneb Kost

“Since this was my first project with Bravo BiH, I must say that it was my honor and privilege to get called and invited on such project that took place in Hungary. It was simply lovely, amazing and very interactive in terms of which I actually learned something on a project, and did not waste single minute of my 9 days spent there. I had amazing experience with facilitators and managers there, all people that have come there were super cool and not a single bad thing I can say. Considering that we had car incident on our way to Hungary, my coordinator did such an amazing job. Whenever I needed something, he answered, communicated with facilitators, and was available at any moment, even tho we continued our journey and arrived safely, he still did not hesitate to do check ups every few hours. Considering I had some requests before starting project, Kenan did excellent job giving me best option possible and making my 9 days there such a good memory. If I had to use grades, it would be lovely 10/10. I hope I will get opportunity to get in more projects with these amazing people, because this is such a core memory and experience I’ve gained, so from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much and much love from Dzenan – Mostar 🙂 ” – Dženan Huseinspahić
