BRAVO BiH

The NURTURE project, co-funded by the European Union, reached an important milestone as partners gathered for the Final Project Meeting in Tirana, Albania, on 22–23 November 2025. Hosted at the Mondial Hotel and Conference Centre, the meeting brought together representatives from all partner organisations to review achievements, evaluate project results, and discuss the sustainability of NURTURE’s long-term impact.

The first day opened with a comprehensive overview of all activities implemented throughout the project’s lifecycle. Partners jointly reviewed the final status of deliverables, ensuring that each component of NURTURE, capacity-building actions, youth engagement activities, and local apprenticeships, had been successfully completed. This session allowed everyone to verify that the project had fully met its objectives and produced all expected outcomes.

A dedicated reporting session followed, focused on finalising all documents and uploading the remaining materials to the shared project platforms.

Partners reviewed the official reporting template, clarified administrative requirements, and aligned all technical steps needed for the successful closing of the Erasmus+ project.

Sharing Good Practices with Local Stakeholders

One of the highlights of the meeting was the Good Practices session, featuring a discussion with NGOs and young people who took part in the NURTURE apprenticeship model in Albania. These participants shared firsthand experiences, reflecting on how the project helped them develop practical skills, increase employability, and strengthen their involvement in community initiatives.
Their contributions showcased the project’s strong social impact and reinforced the value of partnerships between youth organisations, employers, and local communities.

Impact, Sustainability, and Long-Term Vision

The second day of the meeting focused on analysing the impact and sustainability of NURTURE’s results. Partners assessed how the project’s tools, methodologies, and capacity-building activities can continue to benefit youth workers, NGOs, and young people even after the official end of the project.
Discussions included ideas for scaling the apprenticeship model, replicating successful training modules, and exploring opportunities for new Erasmus+ collaborations inspired by NURTURE’s outcomes.

Final Evaluation and Closing Session

The meeting concluded with a joint evaluation, where each partner organisation reflected on project implementation, internal cooperation, and overall satisfaction with the results. The final remarks highlighted strong teamwork, smooth coordination, and meaningful impact at local, national, and European levels.

Looking Ahead

Although the official project period has ended, the NURTURE partnership remains committed to sustaining the results and continuing its mission of empowering young people through innovative learning opportunities and structured apprenticeships. The final meeting in Tirana marked not only the closing of a successful Erasmus+ initiative but also the beginning of new pathways for collaboration and future youth development projects.
