BRAVO BiH

On 29 September 2025, the Bosnian Representative Association for Valuable Opportunities (BRAVO) proudly hosted the second Transnational Project Meeting (TPM2) in Sarajevo as part of the Erasmus+ project XXI Adults: Adaptation of the Adult Educational System to the XXI Century (Ref. No: 2024-1-ES01-KA220-ADU-000245715).

The meeting brought together project partners from seven European countries to exchange expertise, align on project deliverables, and strengthen cooperation in developing innovative approaches to adult education.

Partner Organizations

The consortium is composed of:

  • Diputación de Valladolid (Spain) – Project coordinator, leading methodology and management.
  • Fundacja Forum (Poland) – Responsible for the theoretical part of the Training Guide.
  • E-School Educational Group (Greece) – Leading the Creativity & Innovation module.
  • Fundacja NOVA (Poland) – Responsible for research and surveys involving target groups.
  • Empoderar (Portugal) – Leading the Digital competences module.
  • IRMI – Institute for Research and Innovation in Education (Italy) – Leading the Inclusion module.
  • BRAVO – Bosnian Representative Association for Valuable Opportunities (Bosnia and Herzegovina) – Leading the Social & Intergenerational learning module
Key Discussions and Outcomes

The meeting opened with welcoming remarks from Diputación de Valladolid, followed by a review of the project management and coordination framework, including updates on the Gantt chart and pending tasks

A central focus was the Training Guide, which will serve adults, educators, and managers. Partners agreed that the guide will be based on research findings and divided into modules reflecting the most crucial areas of adult education:

  • Digital Competences,
  • Creativity & Innovation,
  • Social & Intergenerational Learning,
  • Inclusion,
  • Methodological Tools

Each module will contain a theoretical overview, 3 best practices (including contact and photo), and methodological approaches. Good practices identified through local research and surveys will be integrated, with checklists offering practical steps for implementation.

The platform design was also discussed. Users will be able to filter good practices by competencies, target groups, or checklists. BRAVO will play a key role in harmonizing checklists across practices to ensure usability and consistency

Closing and Networking

The meeting concluded with an open discussion, certificate distribution, and confirmation of upcoming meetings. An informal lunch and networking session allowed partners to strengthen collaboration and exchange perspectives in a relaxed setting.
