This fully online training course brings together youth professionals from across Europe to explore powerful, research-based approaches to education. What to Expect?
Over the course of three interactive online sessions, participants will dive into four key themes:
- Self-Determination Theory: How to support young people in building authentic motivation
- Critical Thinking: Training minds to analyze, reflect, and make informed decisions
- Media Literacy: Helping youth navigate the digital world with confidence
- Soft Skills Development: Strengthening communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence
Each session includes short ice-breakers, two one-hour learning modules, space for group reflection, and a closing discussion with practical takeaways.
