The ESC project presents a unique opportunity for volunteers to immerse themselves in Turkish culture while actively contributing to community development. Participants will engage in a diverse range of activities, including educational initiatives, environmental actions, and cultural exchange. Through collaboration with local organizations, youth centers, and educational institutions, volunteers will make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and the wider community. With a focus on language learning, traditional arts, and environmental sustainability, this project fosters personal growth, intercultural understanding, and community empowerment.
Participants in the project will play an active role in environmental activities, such as tending to endemic plants and advocating for sustainability in the community. By engaging directly in these initiatives, volunteers will forge a stronger bond with the local environment while actively participating in conservation actions. Additionally, each volunteer will be paired with a mentor who will offer guidance and support throughout the project, ensuring that they feel empowered and encouraged in their efforts. To further facilitate their contributions, volunteers will receive pocket money, a food allowance, accommodation, transportation coverage, and local bus tickets. Moreover, they will have access to bicycles for personal use, enhancing their mobility and enabling them to explore the surrounding area. These resources aim to enable volunteers to fully immerse themselves in their community work and make a meaningful impact during their time in Turkey.
