We are excited to announce that the TC “Basic UX Design” training course has come to an end. With this training course participants equip with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market.
In the period from 5.3. until 13.3. BRAVO had the opportunity to host 20 young people from six countries, who learned about Basic UX design with the young and ambitious professor Azur Avdić.
Over those days, participants were able to dive into the world of UX design while also taking some time to explore the stunning city of Sarajevo. Throughout the journey, they were able to discover the fundamentals of UX design and appreciate the rich culture and history of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
They were learning about user personas, user journeys and user flows. These concepts are crucial for any UX designer, as they form the foundation for creating effective and user-friendly digital products. By understanding the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users, designers can create products that cater to their target audience’s specific requirements, resulting in an enhanced user experience.
However, it wasn’t all work and no play for them. They had a free day to explore the city, where they visited some of the most iconic landmarks of Sarajevo. They walked around the city, taking in the sights and sounds of Žuta Tabija, Sebilj, and the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During the free day, they also got to bond and spend some quality time together, which was essential for building team morale and improving collaboration. By engaging in activities outside of coursework, they were able to strengthen connections and create a beautiful memories.
And once again BRAVO is more than proud to write the story that will make the world wonder.
More about S-DYJ project:
“Sharing Design Your Job” project is a continuation of the “Design Your Job” (DYJ) initiative under which is developed 4 projects already. Three of them were financed by EACEA and one by Serbian NA. All projects under the “DYJ” initiative follow and contribute to the overall objective of “Creating and testing new ICT education programs and methodologies suitable for systematic prequalification and re-training of unemployed or marginalized young people”.
Initiative uses NFL methods, and mobilities to attract and motivate focused young people to gain hands-on and practical competencies. With these competencies, our users are capable, right after our education process, to find a job, start their job, or at least improve their income situation (usually with Freelancing).
Through the Project, all project participants will have the opportunity to learn new skills that will lead them forward. All project values consist of three areas that stand out:
- Access to the shared knowledge of good practices with all hard and soft skills that are needed for the job search that is present in all countries of the European Union.
- Work and a new learning system that is unknown to the formal school system. A new look at the unknown and opportunities to acquire knowledge.
- Access to free technological management tools, specially designed for the field of soft and hard ICT skills, which will allow them to maximize the efficiency of their knowledge and IMPACT.
