- [The “Second Chance: Make It Happen!” Training Course in Ljubljana – Inspiration, Creativity, and New Ideas](https://bravo-bih.com/the-second-chance-make-it-happen-training-course-in-ljubljana-inspiration-creativity-and-new-ideas/): The training course held in Ljubljana from 25th until 30th of November 2025, as part of the Second Chance project brought together young, motivated participants with the goal of empowering them to develop and present their ideas in an international environment. The course focused on creativity, entrepreneurship, inclusion, and practical skill-building, offering participants a space to learn, collaborate, and gain confidence in presenting their concepts.

- [Selected Participants for the Youth Exchange "Green Mind" in Loutraki, Greece](https://bravo-bih.com/selected-participants-for-the-youth-exchange-green-mind-in-loutraki-greece/): We are pleased to announce the selected participants for the Youth Exchange “Green Mind,” which will take place from February 2nd to February 10th, 2026, in Loutraki, Greece. This project, hosted by HopeYouth in collaboration with the sending organization BRAVO, focuses on reconnecting young people with nature through eco-therapy, mindfulness, and outdoor learning. 
- [Final meeting of the NURTURE project](https://bravo-bih.com/final-meeting-of-the-nurture-project/): The NURTURE project, co-funded by the European Union, reached an important milestone as partners gathered for the Final Project Meeting in Tirana, Albania, on 22–23 November 2025. Hosted at the Mondial Hotel and Conference Centre, the meeting brought together representatives from all partner organisations to review achievements, evaluate project results, and discuss the sustainability of NURTURE’s long-term impact.
- [Europe’s youth after COVID-19  - EHDEU&WBY Project](https://bravo-bih.com/europes-youth-after-covid-19-ehdeuwby-project/): Because of these problems, our project sets clear goals and targets: build critical thinking and media literacy, improve digital and soft skills, and promote EU values and active citizenship. We will run six rounds of activities from 2023–2025 to reach these goals and at least 500 young people (with at least 250 facing extra barriers).

The event marked the formal start of a three-year regional initiative aimed at modernizing higher education systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.

- [Guest Lectures at FASTO UNSA: “Adaptive Physical Activity in the Training of People with Disabilities”](https://bravo-bih.com/guest-lectures-at-fasto-unsa-adaptive-physical-activity-in-the-training-of-people-with-disabilities/): On 11 November 2025, FASTO UNSA hosted guest lectures aimed at implementing and sharing the knowledge acquired during previous training sessions. The event featured lecturers from FSFV as well as FASTO UNSA lecturers who completed their training at FSFV in October, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical demonstrations in the field of adaptive physical activity and swimming for people with disabilities.
- [404 Youth.exe: Shaping Europe’s Next Generation of Digital Innovators](https://bravo-bih.com/404-youth-exe-shaping-europes-next-generation-of-digital-innovators/): The 404 Youth.exe project is off to a strong start, bringing together 404 young people from Portugal, Turkey, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Lithuania on a shared mission: to develop advanced digital skills and foster an entrepreneurial mindset. The initiative goes beyond traditional education, introducing participants to cutting-edge topics such as reverse engineering, debugging, and Artificial Intelligence (AI), while also emphasizing social inclusion, creativity, and responsible use of technology.

- [Empowering Human Dignity of EU & WB Youth at a glance](https://bravo-bih.com/empowering-human-dignity-of-eu-wb-youth-at-a-glance/): Empowering Human Dignity of EU & WB Youth (EHDEU&WBY) is a three-year online exchange for young people (ages 18–30) from Belgium, Spain, Croatia and from Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia & Herzegovina. It runs in six rounds (2023–2025) and mixes five online activity types to build dialogue, critical thinking, media literacy, and leadership.
- [GENDERWISE: Empowering the Next Generation of Women Leaders in Sport](https://bravo-bih.com/empowering-human/): The GENDERWISE project, funded under the Erasmus+ Sport programme, brings together research work from Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Portugal, and Ukraine to map what young female athletes and experts say about leadership, inclusion, and the road to gender equality in sport. The consolidated findings show a motivated generation ready to lead, and a system that still needs structural fixes to let them do it.

- ["Train4Family" Project Final Meeting in Sofia, Bulgaria](https://bravo-bih.com/train4family-project-final-meeting-in-sofia-bulgaria/): On October 2nd, the final meeting of the Train 4 Family project was held in Sofia, Bulgaria, at the SoHo Center. During the meeting, we went through the main points of the project, including the evaluation report, the results of the Pilot Program, and a discussion about the overall training process for children with disabilities. As mentioned during the meeting, we were delighted to learn that the trainings in all countries went exceptionally well, and that both children and parents were very satisfied with the entire process.

- [CHEER](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/cheer/): Cultivating Happiness, Empowerment and Esteem through Responsibility = International volunteering teams project with and for youth with fewer opportunities to boost self-confidence in learning and development The core of our project is to create international volunteering teams with and for youth with fewer opportunities to boost self-confidence in learning and development. It also grants opportunities to European and non-European youth to be engaged in volunteering activities together for the benefit of the disadvantaged population and for their self-development.   Our project addresses the challenges by which children with fewer opportunities are affected in Hungary, through the promotion of positive learning experiences to enhance their self-esteem and motivation. Students at different educational levels often feel frustrated and lack positive experiences, which, on the other hand, decreases their motivation to study. The main aim of our project is to provide the positive experience that is missing for disadvantaged kids, by bringing together international volunteers coming from European and non-European countries, children with fewer opportunities, and host organizations that are engaged in fostering opportunities for disadvantaged populations.   While there are special after-school programs, managed by local NGOs, designed to help improve the situation and decrease the inequalities existing in the education system, there is a lack of resources (staff, volunteers, financials), and there are no state programs that would offer some kind of support. These NGOs have no capacity to develop self-confidence and boost motivation for learning. For this reason, we are keen on bringing them effective practices for self-esteem development through international volunteering team activities.
- [ParaSwInclusion](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/paraswinclusion/): The ParaSwInclusion project aims to promote social inclusion and integration of individuals with disabilities through a series of activities and events focused on para swimming. The main objective of the project is to bring together individuals with disabilities and non-disabled individuals to organize and participate in the regional para swimming contest, Sarajevo Open, and promote positive values through para swimming. The contest will showcase the achievements and capabilities of individuals with disabilities and break down social barriers and prejudices towards disability. The project includes five work packages (WPs), each focusing on a different aspect of the contest organization, namely WP1 - project management and coordination; WP2 - preparatory activities: benchmarking of registered para swimmers in the countries of the WB; WP3 - the development of skills  needed to improve the social involvement of disadvantaged groups in para sports; WP4 - organization of the Sarajevo Open contest; and WP5 - dissemination and exploitation of project activities and outcomes, including the organization of a final symposium to present and discuss the project results. The project will benefit individuals with disabilities, including para swimmers, as well as educators, coaches, referees, and other stakeholders in the field of Paralympic sports in the Western Balkan countries. The expected results of the project include an increased number of individuals with disabilities participating in para swimming, improved education related to para swimming, better training programs and facilities, improved data access and needs analysis, greater social awareness, understanding of disability and social inclusion, as well as promotion of positive values through  sport and inclusion of individuals with disabilities in Paralympic swimming through joint competition of individuals with and without disabilities.
- [CPC](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/cpc/): The CPC project is designed to empower parents to start and manage learning groups effectively, providing an alternative or supplement to traditional public education. It's particularly relevant in crisis situations where conventional educational structures may falter. The project envisions learning groups as small, organized communities that deliver regular educational content outside the public system. Examples include small private school communities in Hungary that follow the national curriculum but employ alternative teaching methods. Similar home-schooling communities exist in Portugal and Germany.  The project's operations span several phases, beginning with preparations like kick-off events and local knowledge transfer seminars. The initial stages focus on data collection through research on existing student groups across various countries. Each partner country is tasked with examining specific aspects of these groups to create a collection of best practices.  These practices will then be synthesized into a comprehensive Learning Group Management (LGM) methodology. The final output will be a training manual alongside facilitator training sessions. The methodology will cover six key themes ranging from building a learning community to integrating digital tools and supporting children with special needs.  The project also involves creating a robust digital presence, including a project website and social media engagement to foster a wider community interaction and dissemination of project results. Fieldwork will follow, with local and international training sessions for facilitators who will then train parents directly. The aim is to make these learning groups viable and sustainable options for parents looking to supplement their children's education or provide a solid alternative during disruptive times.  Ultimately, the project not only addresses the educational needs of children but also equips parents with the necessary tools and knowledge to lead these initiatives effectively. The focus on a supportive learning environment, blended learning methods, and inclusive education practices underscores the project’s commitment to a holistic educational approach. This initiative is aligned with the EU's educational objectives and offers a practical response to the growing need for adaptable educational formats in light of global challenges like climate change and societal disruptions.
- [WARM](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/warm/): Nowadays, climate change is the number one ecological crisis, which expands, also, to other aspects of our everyday life. One of these aspects is, as research shows, our well-being and mental health. However, this project will mainly focus on the anxiety, which is provoked by the climate change and ecological disaster. Moreover, the term that the research community uses for this type of anxiety is Eco-anxiety. So, as Eco-anxiety is defined by the American Psychological Association (APA) as the chronic fear of environmental downfall. More specifically, eco-anxiety stems for the fear about the current and future disaster of the environment, caused by human-induced factors, which also provokes climate change.  This fear, of course, is tightly linked to a rapidly growing awareness of the direct and indirect consequences of climate change on humans, stemming from extreme weather conditions extreme physical phenomena, such as floods, fires, rising of the sea levels, and a potential loss of human lives. Therefore, while the term eco-anxiety is relatively recent, the idea that it is based upon, which is the concern about the “health” of the environment is not new at all, as it exists for decades now. However, this type of anxiety is not designated as a specific clinical anxiety disorder in none of the editions of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-DSM (Nugent, 2019), meaning that mental health workers do not officially consider it a diagnosable condition. In addition, there is still a lack of research about eco-anxiety, as well as about their relation to other psychological impacts of the ecological crisis.  While it is clear that many people suffer from eco-anxiety, how should mental health care professionals respond to them? Since the mental health impacts of climate change and other ecological crises are estimated to be very significant (Bourque, et. al., 2014; Berry, et. al. 2018) there is a strong need for a growing understanding about them and collecting useful tools in order to reduce the distress people experience.  This project aims to help professionals on the mental health sector (psychologists, counselors, psychiatrists, therapists, etc.) in understanding the newly received term of eco-anxiety, as well as the symptoms that people experience. Mental health workers will be well trained on a training material, which will be generated by the people who go through eco-anxiety symptomatology themselves. Moreover, this project aims to gather all national communities and actors on Mental Health in each partner country, in order to raise awareness about this form of anxiety and take action by promoting Recommendations on officially classifying eco- anxiety as a disorder under the general umbrella of Anxiety Disorder inside the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-DSM. These Recommendations will be gathered and distributed among major Federations and Associations relevant to mental health and well- being around Europe (e.g. European Association of Psychotherapy), in order to be taken into consideration.
- [GENDERWISE](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/genderwise/): The GENDERWISE project is an ambitious initiative with the primary goal of promoting gender equality and supporting the development of dual careers for young female athletes aged 14 to 26. The project gathers 7 partners from 6 European countries (Croatia, Finland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Portugal, and Ukraine) and clearly outlines its goals for solving key challenges in the sports sector.   Key results include:  1. Development of educational resources: The project will establish a comprehensive educational program to equip young female athletes with transferable skills through 6 educational modules. In addition, they will conduct 2 surveys to gain a better insight into their needs.  2. Innovative web platform and tools: The project will develop an advanced web platform to provide young athletes with basic knowledge and skills for future coaching or management roles in sports organizations. This includes 24 MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) modules for open learning and 24 tools for evaluating the results achieved.  3. Establishment of a virtual community and support: The project will increase the necessary skills through MOOC education for 120 young female athletes, and provide mentoring support for 44 of them by 22 experienced former female athletes.   The GENDERWISE project contributes significantly to the achievement of the goals and guidelines of the EU in the sports sector. In particular, it is aligned with the European Commission's 2022 "Recommendations and Action Plan: Towards Greater Gender Equality in Sport" document, which prioritizes the promotion of gender equality in sport. In addition, the project is aligned with the "EU WORK PLAN FOR SPORT (2021-2024)" confirming its commitment to the priorities of the European Union's sports sector through clearly defined goals and tangible measures.  The project emphasizes the development of young female athletes and plays a key role in fostering a more inclusive and fair sporting environment for all.
- [MYndTheater](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/myndtheater/): The MYndTheater project seeks to promote mental health in youth through the forum theater methodology against the threats of the digital environments, developing key skills in young people such as Knowledge skills, Life skills, Psycho-emotional skills and Practical skills. To reach this objective, the project will carry out the following activities:   - Desk Research and Data Collection, Qualitative Research and Exchange of best practices (Outputs: guidelines about research, research paper about desk research report about qualitative research and collection of best practices) - E-learning course and Transnational training meeting in Serbia (Outputs: guidelines selection of participants, training program, guidelines to the preparation of e-learning course, e-learning course, e-learning platform, training materials e-learning course, e-learning course, evaluation of e-learning course, agenda and training program of training meeting, training report and evaluation of training meeting) - Capacity building meeting in Albania and Virtual Forum Theater Lab (Outputs: Virtual Forum Theater Lab platform, virtual forum theater exchanges, report on methodology, CBY meeting program, agenda and info pack, report on meeting’s activities, catalogue of games) - Forum Theater (from virtual to real): Staging in real settings and Workshop Program (Outputs: Forum Theater Guidelines, local Workshop, report “MYndTheater” Handbook).  Impact and Target: 28 youth workers (4 from each country) will participate in the Training and Capacity Budling Program and they will be the facilitators of the Virtual Forum Theater Lab; 42 additional youth workers from each country (6 per each country) will to acquire the developed methodology trough VTFL; At least 210 young people (30 from each country) will participate in the workshops and local performances; 105 local stakeholders contribute to the project.
- [XXI Adults](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/xxi-adults/): The project aims to revitalize adult education by aligning it with the needs of the 21st-century adult learners. It focuses on updating the training offerings of adult education centers, equipping them with the necessary digital competencies, and fostering a sense of European identity through active participation in European educational programs.Activities Planned:  - Design and validate a questionnaire to understand current educational practices and identify areas for improvement. - Compile a guide that incorporates good practices and innovative methodologies for adult education. - Develop and launch an interactive platform that integrates all educational content, making it accessible to educators and learners alike. - Implement the training guide and online platform in selected educational centers to evaluate their effectiveness. - Organize events to promote the project outcomes and share best practices across Europe.  Expected Impact: By modernizing educational methodologies and tools, the project will enhance the digital competencies of adult educators and learners, thereby increasing their engagement in lifelong learning and improving their integration into the digital world. This initiative is expected to have a significant positive impact on adult education across Europe, promoting social inclusion and employability.
- [Youth4Values](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/youth4values/): Projects will support active citizenship and political participation of youth in partner countries, coming from 3 different European regions. As well as, the project will foster the development of social and intercultural competencies, critical thinking, and soft and transversal skills. The focus will be on  raising awareness of and understanding the European Union context, European identity, and the importance of active participation in decision-making  processes at the local level, especially among youngsters.  To strengthen the connection between democracy and active citizenship and active participation in the decision-making process at the local level, and recognizing that each is mutually dependent on the other, is the most important result of this project. We will achieve it through the enhancement of democratic governance and the rule of law by fostering a culture of active citizenship, promoting civic education, and empowering individuals with knowledge about their rights and responsibilities as citizens. We hope this project will help improve the quality and accessibility of NFE in partner  countries by collaborating with youth organizations, educational institutions, and decision-making bodies, and help bridge the gap in the existing system.   Research indicates that participation in different forms may be on the increase, for example, pressure groups, civic initiatives, consultative organs, and so on. These forms of participation are just as important to the effective functioning of democracy as voter turnout at elections, if not more so. In  Europe as well, even in the more traditional democracies, "people power" appears to have found a new lease of life: students have protested in many countries against moves by governments to impose fees on education. Trade unions have brought people onto the streets to protest about the impact of economic cuts.
- [MEDIActive Youth](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/mediactive-youth/): Our two previous and one ongoing E+ projects successfully launched a global initiative in improving media literacy. By now, capacities of 28 youth NGO’s from Europe, Latin America and Africa have been raised, a Transnational Youth Magazine (TYM), e-magazine for youth policy has been launched, and online courses in media literacy and activism have been created.  The overall objective of this two-years Project is to continue with building capacities of youth NGOs globally and with developing new high-quality open education resources (OER) in the field of media/news literacy. Particular attention is given here to the Balkans within the broader European  context, and this project will enable it to join the MEDIActive youth initiative, but also to strengthen the dialogue and post-conflict reconciliation in this region.  SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES  1. Increasing the capacity of youth NGOs/workers/activists from 6 Balkan countries in the field of news literacy, critical thinking and media activism, and fostering their active participation in society.  2. Creating high-quality multilingual OER for an innovative learning on news literacy and critical thinking.  3. Further improving the TYM by engaging youth activists from Balkans to start write for it, which will: a) empower an informational/media hub  between Europe, Africa and Latin America in the field of youth policy; b) foster post-conflict reconciliation, and promoting the EU and the EU values in the Balkan countries. - [FAST FORWARD](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/fast-forward/): The project “Engage, connect and empower youth for a sustainable green future” is focused on two European Youth Goals: quality learning and  sustainable green Europe. It aims at implementing a creative strategy in terms of capacity building for the new generation actually facing the problems  of tomorrow related to environment degradation, climate change, and sustainability issues. The target group of the project is youth trainers/workers, organizations, young activists in Albania, local/national authorities, and citizens of Albania and Europe. The project will focus in bringing the EU  practices and translate them into tangible tools for youth in Western Balkan in order to fast forward the green transition. The core of the project, capacity building, will be achieved through a critical number of activities, such as ToT, Youth exchanges, toolkits and manuals. These activities will spill over throughout non-formal learning providers benefitting staff, youth, and key stakeholders in the process. Overall, with this project Build  Green Group will promote and improve capacity building for youth in important areas such as climate change awareness, environment digitalization, environmental justice, innovation & research, contribution to SDGs, and creation of fruitful partnerships. The topic addressed and activities designed to make the project have a local, national, and EU impact, specifically in bringing EU practices in WB.
- [Digital Womunication](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/digital-womunication/): The general objective of the project is to increase the employability of women between 18 and 30 years old from rural backgrounds, through the acquisition of digital communication skills, to be employed in the field of non-profit organizations. The consortium, after a careful analysis of needs carried out with the participation of stakeholders, has identified specific objectives functional to the achievement of the general purpose: Specific Objective1) Transfer to learners digital skills related to basic communication strategies. At the end of the training course focused on "digital communication strategies", trainees will improve their communication skills by +60%;Specific Objective 2) Enable trainees to adapt the acquired skills to the specificities of non-profit organizations. Through 6 months of practice in non-profit organizations, trainees will acquire specific skills in the field of digital communication for non-profit organizations. Specific Objective 3) To develop the capacity of the consortium bodies and organizations belonging to the non-profit sector active in the VET field, by providing training courses focused on non-formal methodologies, innovative and based on a dual approach, bringing VET trainees closer to the world of work. Thanks to the workshop that will see the new professionals as protagonists, in the realization of a video course on "communication strategies of non-profit organizations", which will be fully integrated within the training offer of the organizations of the consortium within online training platforms, the organizations will be able to increase the quality and accessibility of their training offer.
- [EHDEU&WBY](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/ehdeuwby/): We are 7 organisations from Belgium, Spain, Croatia, B&H, Kosovo and Albania, gathered around the project called ˝Empowering Human Dignity of EU & WB youth˝, that will in the next 3 years provide more than 500 European and Western Balkan youth with the opportunities to understand human dignity, open dialogues on culture and EU values and develop soft skills on the topic of youth leadership through the implementation of 6 sets of the 5 activities. We identified the necessary activities for adapting and scaling up the virtual exchange practices in the new context of this project partnership. Our main objective is to provide the opportunity for more than 500 youth from 18-30 years old from Belgium, Spain, Croatia, B&H, Kosovo and Albania, giving the priority to the socially and economically vulnerable people and persons unable to apply for physical mobility, to meet in the intercultural and international surrounding of 6 sets of 5 activities through 2023 – 2025. We will implement the following activities: 1. Academy for youth leaders & youth workers – Online workshops on soft skills development in the field of youth leadership 2. Certified Training program sessions – Online discussion groups on the topics of Human Dignity and EU values 3. Hybrid projects – Online participation for youth from 6 countries to already existing youth in person projects of all 7 partners 4. Critical thinking and media literacy sessions – online trainings for youth 5. Intercultural talks - online cultural events for youth Above all, following the implementation of the mentioned activities, we will develop Manual for New forms of non-formal online learning in intercultural surroundings, as intellectual output of the project, that will gather our experience from this project.
- [DevelopMENS](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/developmens/): DevelopMENS is a transnational project that brings together a consortium of partners from 6 different countries, including Italy (L'ORMA - applicant), Croatia (Vere Montis), Bulgaria (BSDA) (Programme Countries) and Bosnia (BRAVO), Albania (New Vision), and Kosovo (Heimerer College) (Region 1 – Western Balkans Countries).The project amins at enhancing the personal and social development of young people through the integration of self-determination theory, critical thinking, and media literacy into formal, non-formal, and informal education. It involves conducting scientific research and focus groups on self-determination theory, intrinsic motivation, and soft skills, developing educational content based on the research findings, and creating a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) to disseminate the knowledge and skills acquired. The MOOC is a crucial aspect of the project as it will enable the dissemination of knowledge and skills acquired from the research and virtual exchanges. The MOOC will be developed using the latest technology and will be designed to be accessible and user-friendly. It will include various modules, such as self-awareness, critical thinking, media literacy, and soft skills, which will be available in multiple languages to anyone interested in learning about these skills. In addition to the MOOC, the project will also organize virtual exchanges among youth workers, psychologists, educators, and young people. These exchanges will be an opportunity for stakeholders to share good practices and exchange ideas on how to integrate self-determination theory, critical thinking, and media literacy into formal, non-formal, and informal education. These virtual exchanges will also facilitate intercultural learning and provide a platform for young people to develop their soft skills, such as communication and teamwork
- [DEMPOD](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/dempod/): Disadvantaged young people are very frequently excluded from the media and they are not able to make their voice heard. This influences significantly their civic engagement and democratic participation. On the other hand, podcasts and vidcasts are a means of communication and expression that is becoming increasingly popular, it is low-cost to create and easy to be promoted. However, podcasts have not been used until now in youth work as a means to increase the democratic participation of young people. The proposed project is aiming to achieve this goal by providing young people with the capacities and skills to create their own podcasts, by escorting them through the whole process of podcast and vid-cast creation; from looking to get inspired and creative in order to conceive the ideas and thematics of the podcasts, to actually recording, editing, and promoting their podcast among their peers. This will be achieved also through the empowerment of youth workers and the development of their skills so that they can assist the disadvantaged young people in the process and the development of the skills of the young people themselves top increase their democratic participation. The project is first going to develop a methodology and training materials on how podcasts can be used as tool for civic engagement and then it is going to organize training seminars for youth workers and young people (both online in synchronous (webinar) form, and asynchronous (e-learning materials) form. The young people trained are going to create podcasts and vidcasts both in their national language and in English through international cooperation. Moreover, a large-scale international festival is going to be organized in order to mainstream podcast creation as a means of democratic participation for the whole Europe.
- [Train4Family](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/train4family/): Families play an important role in society, both in human sustenance and individual development. Sport has tremendous potential for bringing parents and children together in a healthy and playful environment. Children with disabilities often lead a passive lifestyle due to a lack of adapted sports content and unhealthy nutrition which has negative consequences on their health. Families of children with disabilities are usually not properly instructed in the methods of conducting sports or nutrition by which they could contribute to improving the lives of disabled children. This project aims to include disabled kids with their family in social life, to improve the quality of their lives, to make them closer with the family, to make them included in sport recreation and consuming healthy diet by creating an environment which enables their development. As part of the project, families will be educated under the guidance of trainers/coaches, and educational content available on the platform as well as in the manuals on methods of implementing sports for children with various types of physical or intellectual disabilities. By including the whole family in sports activities it promotes a healthy lifestyle for the whole family, makes parents/guardians/siblings more included and active in the life of their family member with disabilities. Physical activity has proven positive effects on the overall physical, mental, and emotional health of all persons, making it a valuable instrument for raising the quality of life of children with disabilities. By using athletics and swimming we want disabled children aged 6-18 to come together with their parents/guardians/sibling. Project activities are focused on improving the quality of life of children with disabilities, their families, and actively promoting sports and healthy nutrition as mechanisms through which to reduce the degree of marginalization and improve the conditions for social integration of children with disabilities
- [Connectowns2U](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/connectowns2u/): This project of a network of towns between five European hubs (capitals and regional major cities recognized by labels of European capitals): Paris, Valencia, Sarajevo, Timisoara and Gdansk, that all together want to initiate major events, and cross exchanges of participants, about current various priorities of the Union, such like the environment, next European elections, European values, Human rights and Peace, especially in the context of the war in Ukraine, and civic engagement. The starting point of the cooperation are the Paris Olympic games as they would ensure maximum international, European and local visibility and participation. From then, a dynamic encompassing the other participating cities, all with other major European actuality at the moment, will be developed. Another peculiarity of this initiative is that it will be mostly implemented through youth civic engagement and European mobility. All actions will mobilize indeed mixed teams of full time, long term, stipended volunteers (what is called civic service projects), both national and European, mixed together in joint teams. Not only will they be leading the implementation of projects, under the coordination of partners, but also exchange together, as their involvement will be articulated around a two step program, first in their domestic territory, then in one of the other partners in another country. This fits perfectly our general aim to strengthen cultural exchanges, the European spirit of belonging, the knowledge of oneself and others, the adaptation to a new culture, through active European civic engagement, a strong congruence with the three milestones of our cooperation: local environmental and Human rights volunteerings, preparations of EU elections 2024, and Olympic spirit of cooperation and peace through efforts
- [VT4Y - Visual Thinking 4 Youth](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/vt4y-visual-thinking-4-youth/): The Visual Thinking 4 You(th) project, has the general objective of promoting the social inclusion of dyslexic young people between 13 and 19 years old, through visual thinking, which consists in transmitting and exposing ideas through simple and easily recognizable images. The objective of this method is to improve the learner's learning level by allowing him, through the use of images, to better understand ideas, define objectives, identify problems and generate new concepts and it is particularly effective for those who have cognitive peculiarities such as dyslexic people. In this context, the socio-educational animator, a figure targeted by the project activities, proves to be a key element for the involvement of these young people. The consortium, after an analysis of the phenomena carried out with the stakeholders, has identified the main critical issues that have allowed to set the specific objectives functional to the achievement of the general purpose: 1. Improvement of the degree of knowledge by the youth workers of dyslexia and the potential of visual thinking as a tool for inclusion and learning. At the end of the first training activity will be recorded an improvement of at least 60%. 2. Construction of communication strategies to engage dyslexic youth ages 13-19 within youth organizations that offer innovative and complementary learning approaches to formal education. At the end of the first workshop, the percentage of youth approaching these organizations will increase by at least 30% over the values initially recorded; 3. Creation of learning methodologies focused on visual thinking specifically for dyslexic youth in order to increase their degree of integration and learning. At the end of the second workshop, the approach adopted with young people aged 13-19 will be at least 60% more effective and integrative than more traditional methodologies
- [SECOND CHANCE](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/second-chance/): Project “Second chance!” brings together experts in inclusive education, textile design and entrepreneurship from Slovenia (Taka Tuka), Sweden (Drivhuset), Egypt (Galala Univeristy and Fashion & Design Center), Bosnia and Herzegovina (BRAVO), Albania (Albanian skills and Albania Craftsman Education) .They will work together to empower young people with fewer opportunities to become successful entrepreneurs and upcyclers by providing training, resources, and support, promoting non-formal learning, and contributing to the EU Youth Strategy. The focus of the project will be to support the development of entrepreneurial skills among young individuals in the field of textile design. This includes providing guidance and mentorship on starting and running a business, financial management, marketing strategies, and other essential skills needed to be successful in this industry. Further, consortium will aim to improve the textile design skills of these young people by offering training and workshops on various aspects of textile design, such as repurposing old clothing items; repairing, altering and upcycling their clothes; creating products using alternative fibers. Moreover, the consortium also intends to guide these young entrepreneurs towards more sustainable practices in the textile industry, such as upcycling clothes and reducing textile waste. They will educate and raise awareness about the negative impact of fast fashion and the importance of sustainability in the textile industry. The goal is to not only help these young individuals start and grow successful businesses, but also to contribute to a more sustainable future for the industry.
- [NURTURE](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/nurture/): The project Nurturing the world can be a job is designed to raise the capacity of non-governmental organisations from Western Balkans countries, to empower young people in finding their career path, especially those with fewer opportunities, and to promote the NGO sector as employer. In order to achieve these aims, the project foresees the following work packages:  1) management and coordination (WP1) 2) building capacities of youth organisations (WP2) 3) empowering young people (WP3) 4) promoting NGO sector as employer (WP4). In the work packages the project partners will target the next groups:1) representatives of the project partners that will be involved in the National support points 2) NGOs working with young people and their representatives3) young people aged between 18 and 30, with a special focus on young people with fewer opportunities.One of the major results of the project will be the establishment of National support points in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, and Montenegro which will be the main actors to build the capacity of NGOs and contribute to the career development of young people. National support points will organise seminars and workshops for young people and representatives of NGOs, provide career counselling, and support the implementation of apprenticeships in which 90 young people (54 of which will be young people with fewer opportunities) will have their first working experience in the NGO sector and so gain the skills and competencies necessary to participate in the labour market. The main activities for the promotion of the project and for the dissemination of the results will be the Campaign Nurturing the world can be a job.Through the campaign the general public will be informed about the work of the NSPs and young people will be invited and encouraged to apply for the apprenticeships. The aim of the campaign will be to raise awareness about NGOs being important potential employers for young people
- [WOMEN4SPORTS](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/women4sports/): Women4Sport generally encourages gender equality in the key leadership and decision-making positions of the National Olympic Committees (NOCs) of Western Balkan (WB) countries by promoting structural changes in the governance, enhancing the understanding of existing cultural barriers and encouraging the NOCs to work with their member Federations to create a sustainable change. Increased capacity of the role of women in NOCs in Western Balkan countries compliance with EU regulation and practice (“Plan for Gender Equality in Sport'') for WB countries. Emphasizing the importance of women's participation in the project itself and the benefits for improving the status of women in key positions. The project includes five work packages, each focusing on a different aspect. The first work package is focused on project management, coordination, and administration.The second work package is focused on the detailed analysis of women's involvement in management and decision-making processes within the National Olympic Committees (NOCs) of each of the partner countries in the Western Balkans (WB).The third work package consists of presenting the results of the study, promoting the importance of women's participation in the management and process management of NOCs and sports federations, and the importance of regional cooperation of WB countries in this regard. In each of the countries of the consortium, a meeting will be organized, where the speakers will be participants from the NOCs of other countries. The fourth work package consists of creating a personalized strategy for improving the status of women in the process of managing processes within NOCs, conducting training for the implementation of strategies in NOCs work plans, and implementing strategies. The final work package involves the dissemination and exploitation of project activities and outcomes, including the organization of a final symposium to present and discuss the project's results.
- [COOPERATION](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/cooperation/): Promoting sports and stressing their importance in daily life promotes social inclusion and well-being for all ages, genders, and backgrounds. The project uses sport to educate children and youth and instill good values and training in sports workers and coaches. Building grassroots groups, sharing best practices from other countries, promoting social inclusion through sports (focusing on children with disabilities and those facing disadvantages), and encouraging positive values like team spirit are the main goals. Youth and sports professionals will profit from expert knowledge transfer. The project will hold workshops, events, and programs using sports for non-formal education and advocate for public policy and law changes. The project will target various populations to address the often-overlooked importance of physical activity in public health policies. The Global Strategy on Nutrition, Physical exercise, and Health emphasizes the importance of school policies and programs that promote healthy habits and physical exercise for children, youth, and the community. Sports enhance motor skills, self-confidence, and resilience in disabled and special needs children. Physical education and school sports boost physical exercise and active lifestyles, improving public health. Sports can avoid disease, enhance mental and cognitive health, and engage the elderly. This project will use non-traditional educational methods to create engaging activities and events that teach all people about inclusion, gender equity, and healthy habits through sports. This method shows that sports can be inclusive, innovative, and creative for diverse learners and bonders.
- [FREE TO BE](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/free-to-be/): The general aim of the project is to prevent homophobic cyber-bullying among young people: a form of bullying that takes place over digital devices and platforms like mobile phones, computers, social media and tablets perpetrated against LGBTQI youth (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intrasexual). The main object will be reached through the attainment of the following specific objectives: 1. Promotion of a respectful language used through digital devices and platforms referred to LGBTQI; 2. Spreading a respectful and appropriate language against LGBTQI, particularly in the use of internet and social media; 3. Creating a permanent network of youth association and Youth Workers to promote prevention and raise awareness on the theme of the homophobic cyber-bulling. Specifically, the proposal virtual activities involve youth workers giving them the opportunity to develop a virtual exchange project with other colleagues from different countries. Thanks to the project, youth workers will come true factors of change preventing homophobic cyber-bullying by guiding and supporting young people inside and outside the consortium.

However, as globalization and technological advancements sweep across the globe, these cherished traditions are at risk of fading into obscurity, overshadowed by modern sports and entertainment. Recognizing the impending danger to such heritage, the World Ethnosport Confederation (WEC) steps forward, committed to preserving, promoting, and transmitting these age-old traditions to future generations. The project underscores the dire need for international collaboration to bring these traditional activities to the limelight, emphasizing the dual imperatives of both preservation and adaptation, especially in a digital age. With the backdrop of the Covid-19 pandemic further highlighting the urgency of digital transitions, this initiative aims not only to keep the traditions alive but also to integrate them into contemporary settings, ensuring they remain relevant and accessible for young individuals today.

- [BDC](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/bdc/): “Becoming Digitally Conscious” is a Capacity Building project targeted to the promotion of healthy digital habits among young people (between 18 and 25 years old) living in the European and Western Balkans area. The goal is to make this group aware of the potential dangers of making an excessive use of digital devices, such as psychological disorders (e.g., eating disorders and depression). Considering that virtual reality has become an essential part of young people’s lives (especially during the covid-19 pandemic to study or socialize, which before they did mainly offline), we believe it is important to train them on how to integrate digital devices in a healthy and conscious way. Through the education of youth workers, the project will contribute to increasing quality, innovation and recognition of youth work, supporting the sharing of methods to address the opportunities and implications of digitalization. Of course, it is as well related to “Addressing digital transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity” because all major social changes imply some areas of risk that need to be reflected upon to mitigate the issues created (in this case digital addiction). Looking at the Capacity Building Call in particular, the proposal focuses on the thematic area “digital and entrepreneurial skills”. Out of the European Youth Goals under the EU Youth Strategy (2019-2027), we can highlight number 5: “Mental Health & Wellbeing”. We will also contribute to the “Empower” priorities by training Youth Workers and recognizing their abilities to participate in social change and development. We agree with the European Parliament that it is necessary to “Promote and educate on online and offline health behaviors in young populations” (“Harmful internet use” briefing). In fact, the European Union has been actively concerned about tackling the risks of excessive internet. For example, the European Network for Problematic Usage of the Internet brings together experts from 40 countries to investigate the problem. The World Health Organization has also recognized this issue by saying in relation to digital addiction: “The observed and documented negative health and psychosocial consequences include a range of health conditions that share signs and symptoms with disorders such as gambling disorder and substance use disorders” (Public Health Implication of Excessive Use of the Internet, Computers, Smartphones and Similar Electronic Devices, Meeting Report, WHO, 2014). With “Becoming Digitally Conscious” we wish to develop non-formal tools that support youth workers in the promotion of digital competences, disseminating at the same time the idea of healthy internet use among the young population in a way that is truly engaging to them, hence through the involvement of their counterparts who see the problem from their same perspective.
- [AHEAD](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/ahead/): AHEAD project aims to promote between youngsters non–discrimination and to combat racism, xenophobia and other forms of intolerance against Roma and other Ethnic minorities (mostly migrants). Partners jointly work on innovative good practice approaches, human rights-based narratives, training, official regular meetings and European awareness raising campaigns. Project promotes inclusion, tolerance, mutual and multicultural understanding, and fight Roma, Ethnic minorities and migrants’ discrimination in Europe by an innovative approach that combine researches, training (national and international) on antidiscrimination and on hate speech, round tables, seminars, exchange of good practices, meetings between different representatives, stakeholders, CSOs and youths associations, and a massive dissemination campaign. Project aims to contribute to strengthen the capacity building of young victims (part of minorities) and the protection of youngsters belonging to minorities supporting them in capacity building and structured new mechanisms in public consultations in partner’s country (replicable all over Europe) on the issue of non-discrimination and fighting every form of hate speech against ethnic minorities, Roma and migrants. AHEAD’s aim is to tackle hate speech (also online) and to combat discriminations that target minorities in 5 areas of civil rights: education, labor, housing, health, goods and services, through specific training offered to 200 participants and through an new approach that combines quantitative research, public meetings with stakeholders and awareness raising campaign. After providing expertise, building competences, advocating and raising awareness among youth people, partners will support the mobilization of young victims and will focus on Capacity building actions for youth, in order to involve youngsters in decision making and into new structured automatic mechanisms to empower their active participation on hate speech and antidiscrimination.
- [Digivogui](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/digivougi/): The DIGIVOGUI project is a Virtual Exchange that aims to develop the personal and social competences of youngsters, ensuring that they are given the necessary tools to prepare them for active and participatory citizenship and for educated, responsible and informed action. With this, we want to empower youngsters to have better life perspectives on a personal, social, educational and professional level. To make this possible, our project is based on three main strands:  1) Theoretical, conceptual and methodological development that allows us to develop the intervention with youngsters at this level, including the development of deliverables that support this work (Theoretical Manual and Practical Manual); 2) Planning, preparation and structuring of trainings for youth workers, so that they can take on this work with youngsters and empower them properly. It includes the development of deliverables that support this work (MOOC and Training for Youth Workers), which will even be tested throughout the project; 3) Planning, preparation and structuring of an Interactive Open Online Course for youngsters, allowing them to develop their personal and social competences. This course will also be tested throughout the project. At this level, using digital media and non-formal education tools, we plan a programme that will work on essential indicators for personal, social, school and professional success and fulfilment: self-knowledge, communication and interpersonal relationships, critical thinking and creativity, time management, problem-solving and emotional management, entrepreneurship, adaptability and decision-making (competences areas to be explored).
- [Mermaids](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/mermaids/): The goal of the project Mermaids for Inclusion is to establish fin swimming as a new sport in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo and to use the sports environment to promote awareness raising and inclusion regarding gender equality as well as integration of ethnic and religious minorities. This will be achieved through advanced education tools and the transfer of good practice from the participating Member States (Croatia and Greece). Sport activities are a strong means for inclusion and cohesive societies, since sport can create a healthy and supportive environment for socially vulnerable groups and local communities to meet and interact. This is especially important in the region of Western Balkans with ongoing challenges regarding the inclusion of ethnic and religious minorities. The project also aims at advancing gender equality which is a relevant topic for the whole region of the Balkans which is traditionally dominated by patriarchal gender norms. In Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Kosovo there is still a dominating stereotype of women’s roles being mainly family-oriented and caretaking rather than actively participating in public life and business. The project will have a great impact not only on coaches, athletes and participating organizations that will be directly involved in the project, but also on wider community and relevant stakeholders by setting a model for good practice of using sport as a means for social integration. Fin swimming is a sport that uses bifins or a monofin. The monofin or “mermaid’s tail” makes the fin swimmers often associated with mermaids and it allows them to swim approximately 12-15 times faster compared to normal classic sports swimming. For that reason it can be very attractive for dissemination activities and for attracting newcomers to the sport.
- [Digi age](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/digi-age/): DIGI-AGE Game Development & Coding Academy project aims to capitalize on the increased interest in digital content, particularly in the gaming industry, by organizing Mobile Game and Scenario Development Camps and creating educational toolkits. The project seeks to provide training and practical experience to young people in game development through partnerships with organizations such as TRT and Sendir, under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Industry and Technology. The project also aims to establish a sustainable game studio in collaboration with BAU and offer continuous training through an LMS system provided by Enocta. Additionally, the project intends to organize International Game Development Forums to foster networking and collaboration in the industry. Through these initiatives, the DIGI AGE project aims to contribute to the development of the Turkish gaming industry, attract foreign investments, and nurture the talents of young game developers.
- [Digital diplomacy](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/digital-diplomacy/): For a more peaceful and communicative world, it is indispensable for young generations to receive an appropriate education, adopt basic human values, respect different cultures and understandings, and choose communication / diplomacy as a method of solving problems. Every day, we see that the tendency of young people to violence increases, that young people become radicalized and their tolerance of different understandings decreases in different media outlets, especially in social media. The problem we mentioned above is an issue that threatens both social peace and the future of young people. Studies on young people's tendency towards violence, especially the 14-22 age group, are accepted in society, being a member of a community and so on. shows that they can join radical groups for reasons such as. It is also worth noting that armed conflicts in different parts of the world, computer games, music and cinema play a role in the formation of such a situation. This problem we are talking about is not specific to a particular society. For example, in a study conducted by bpb (Bundeszentrale für Politische Bildung) in Germany, it was stated that there was an increase in the number of 15-18 year old's who were oriented towards far-rightism. Likewise, it has been repeatedly reflected in the media that many young people of the same age group in Ukraine were taken to training camps by different right-wing groups on the grounds of war in the country. In the World Health Organization (WHO), youth violence is among the top problems of societies in the world and also states that it is emerging in different ways. In addition, WHO warns that urgent measures should be taken in this regard.
- [Development of Digital Platforms and Applications for the Revival of Traditional Sports and Games](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/traditional-sport-and-games/): The TRADITIONAL SPORT AND GAMES project is a collaborative initiative involving partners from various countries and sectors dedicated to the revival and promotion of traditional sports and games. The project aims to create a digital platform called "Revival of Traditional Sports and Games," which will be accessible worldwide and provide free access to content related to traditional sports and games. The platform will include printed and electronic intellectual outputs, books, innovative teaching methods, and a mobile application/game that allows for content development.  Key outputs of the project include the development of a web-based digital platform, an inventory of traditional sports and games in Europe, research and documentation of oral stories about traditional sports and games, an educational mobile game/application for teaching traditional sports and games digitally, video promotion films, an online map showcasing traditional sports and games events and organizations worldwide, a digital mentor/trainer module, and a toolkit for the revival of traditional sports and games. The toolkit will cover various topics such as career development, youth support, athlete and trainer skills, cooperation with universities and federations, academic integration of traditional sports and games, and inclusion in school curriculums.  By creating this digital platform and producing valuable resources, the TRADITIONAL SPORT AND GAMES project aims to preserve and promote traditional sports and games that are at risk of being forgotten. It fosters cultural preservation, social inclusion, innovation, and the exchange of knowledge and collaboration among organizations working in this field. The project emphasizes the importance of digitalization and harnessing technology to ensure the sustainability and widespread dissemination of traditional sports and games.
- [TOOL4YOUTH](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/tool4youth/): TOOL4YOUTH project tackle Coronavirus disease (COVID -19) is the first pandemic in history to use technology and social media on a large scale to keep people safe, informed, productive, and connected. At the same time, the technology we rely on to stay connected and informed is enabling and amplifying an infodemic that continues to undermine the global response and compromise pandemic control measures. An infodemic is an overabundance of information, both online and offline. It is a deliberate attempt to spread false information in order to undermine the public health response and promote alternative agendas by groups or individuals. Misinformation and disinformation can harm people's physical and mental health, increase stigma, jeopardize valuable health gains, and lead to poor adherence to public health interventions, reducing their effectiveness and jeopardizing countries' ability to stop the pandemic. Misinformation costs lives. Without the necessary confidence and the right information, diagnostic tests will go unused, vaccination campaigns (or campaigns to promote effective vaccines) will not achieve their goals, and the virus will continue to spread. Moreover, disinformation polarizes public debate on issues related to COVID -19, amplifies hate speech, increases the risk of conflict, violence and human rights abuses, and threatens the long-term prospects for promoting democracy, human rights and social cohesion. In the 24 months of cooperation, IDEA Consortium will implement: - 3 Transnational project meetings - 1 JSTE aimed at: a) providing comprehensive joint learning and exchange between the participants on tools and methodologies to foster Circular Economy and sustainability through art, craft and NFE methodologies b) testing the Training Format produced in R1 c) lay the foundation for the co-creation of the activities to be included in the R2 and tested in the local phase - Local workshops involving participants in the C1 as trainers and unemployed adults, to test the activities to be included in the R2 and lay the foundation for the co-creation of the video-tutorials to be included in R3.
- [FASHIORATION](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/fashioration/): The FASHIORATION project is an innovative initiative focused on the valorization of intangible cultural heritage in the field of fashion, with the aim of promoting youth employment and entrepreneurship. In the face of growing globalization and urbanization, local communities' intangible cultural heritage is at risk of disappearing, as young people are often disconnected from traditional ways of life associated with these traditions. However, youth unemployment remains high, forcing many young individuals to migrate in search of employment opportunities.  Intangible cultural heritage represents the wealth of knowledge, culture, and skills passed down from one generation to the next. This heritage holds not only social value but also economic potential. Recognizing the importance of cultural heritage as a source of income, especially in countries with significant cultural resources, the project seeks to unlock the untapped potential for youth empowerment and local development.  The FASHIORATION project focuses on a specific cultural expression related to fashion, incorporating local traditional design and materials. Traditional know-how in fashion is part of the intangible cultural heritage, representing an authentic cultural expression. Moreover, clothing inspired by national cultural heritage can be tangible items that generate income for local communities through sales both domestically and internationally.  The project approaches the fashion sector from both an entrepreneurial and cultural perspective. Entrepreneurially, it explores ways to enhance the appeal of cultural elements and their contribution to tourism, culture, and education. Culturally, the project works with young people with artistic backgrounds to support them in preserving and promoting their own cultural heritage.  Aligned with UNESCO's definition of safeguarding intangible cultural heritage, the project aims to ensure the viability, continuous recreation, and transmission of cultural heritage. It involves identifying and documenting heritage, research, preservation, promotion, enhancement, transmission through education, and revitalization.  The main objective of the FASHIORATION project is to promote youth employment by developing skills among young people to valorize elements of their country's cultural tradition in the fashion industry. It enhances the employability and entrepreneurship of young people while improving the quality of youth work through innovative links between youth work and intangible cultural heritage. The project also addresses environmental sustainability by promoting traditional clothing-making techniques that are more resource-efficient compared to modern industry practices.  Additionally, the project embraces the Digitalization Agenda by utilizing new technologies to deliver immersive experiences, such as 360-degree images, designs, and videos. This allows future designers and visitors to engage with the project's exhibits and enables the global dissemination of results through an interactive online platform.  In terms of inclusion and diversity, the FASHIORATION project targets young people with fewer opportunities, including the unemployed and those with low skills, aiming to enhance their competences and active participation in society. By valuing cultural elements related to fashion and preserving intangible heritage, the project offers an alternative means of livelihood for these young individuals while contributing to the safeguarding of their cultural heritage.  In summary, the FASHIORATION project is an innovative initiative that leverages intangible cultural heritage in fashion to promote youth employment and entrepreneurship. It combines entrepreneurial and cultural approaches to enhance the value of cultural elements, improve youth work, and create a sustainable and inclusive fashion ecosystem.
- [DREAM AFTER COVID](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/dream-after-covid/): The Dream after Covid project is a comprehensive initiative that aims to actively shape the post-COVID society by promoting entrepreneurship among youth. The project acknowledges the unprecedented disruptions caused by the pandemic and the need for a new normal. It draws insights from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) analysis, which highlights the exacerbated challenges faced by entrepreneurs, particularly those operating on a small scale or recently established.  The project focuses on addressing these challenges by fostering entrepreneurship in Italy, Egypt, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Italy, which was already experiencing low entrepreneurial activity, and Egypt, facing deficiencies in support and infrastructure, require targeted interventions. Bosnia and Herzegovina, characterized by long-term unemployment and bureaucratic obstacles, also needs support to shift towards sustainable economic growth.  The Dream after Covid project emphasizes entrepreneurship education at all levels, empowering individuals with the necessary skills and mindset to initiate and manage successful businesses. It also aims to bridge gaps in funding, resources, and support networks, with a particular focus on empowering female entrepreneurs.  By encouraging entrepreneurship as a viable career choice, the project aims to unlock new opportunities in the post-pandemic job market, facilitating economic recovery and social development. Collaborative efforts between entrepreneurs, corporations, academia, and governments will be fostered to promote innovation and create a supportive ecosystem.  The project recognizes the need for targeted interventions and support for vulnerable groups, such as rural youth, who face heightened challenges in the post-COVID society. Ultimately, the Dream after Covid project aims to build resilient economies, stimulate job creation, and empower youth in Italy, Egypt, and Bosnia and Herzegovina to shape a prosperous future.

It recognizes the challenges women face in becoming leaders and seeks to address them through capacity building and training for youth workers. The project also aims to increase men's involvement in women's empowerment and challenge traditional sexist stereotypes. By improving qualifications and competencies of youth workers, supporting women's entry into the labor force, and organizing local events and career fairs, LEO strives to create a better understanding of young women's leadership and gender equality. The project aligns with the EU Gender Equality Strategy and addresses the themes of inclusion, empowerment, and gender equality. Overall, LEO contributes to the global effort to achieve gender equity and fosters cooperation among partner countries with diverse cultures and gender issues.

- [S-DYJ](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/s-dyj/): "Sharing Design Your Job" project is a continuation of the "Design Your Job" (DYJ) initiative under which we have developed already 4 projects already. Three of them were financed by EACEA and one by Serbian NA. All projects under the "DYJ" initiative follow and contribute to the overall objective "Creating and testing new ICT education programs and methodologies suitable for systematic prequalification and re-training of unemployed or marginalized young people". Our initiative uses NFL methods, mobilities and horizontal priorities of the ERASMUS+ program to attract and motivate focused young people to gain hands-on and practical competencies. With these competencies, our users are capable, right after our education process to find a job, start their own job or at least improve their income situation (usually with Freelancing). As the applicant is from the Western Balkan (WB) region and for us it is important to work close by as well as to develop cooperation, co-working and better understanding in the region, in all the project we include partner from WB region + different EU countries. This project will use the knowledge and programs that we developed in past "DYJ" project but we will also use what we learn and experience from them. This is based on the needs of our target group as well as shortcomings that we experienced during the implementation of previous projects.For example, we had graphic designers who know to work with graphical programs but they don't know to re-install them when they crash. In this version, we aim to start from very basics focused on basic hardware and software installation and then to go towards more complicated topics, which are basic graphic design, basic web development, basic 3D modelling and digital marketing. We plan to include 20 participants per training topic, maximally 100 participants. Every participant can apply for one or more training topics and every participant will be evaluated in order to join the desired topic.
- [HAND](https://bravo-bih.com/current-projects/hand/): "Humanitarian Aid for the Needs of Development - HAND" is an ESC Humanitarian Aid project which will take place in Uganda, India and Bosnia Herzegovina with the Irish and Turkish volunteers over 24 months. There will be a total of 36 volunteers deployed to assist with the education, healing and repairing, development and strengthening of local communities through their motivated, active and fully-equipped participation in our project’s activities.  The project has the following general objectives:  - Aim to bring about more equity within our target communities - Reduce the societal challenges that the communities face - Help to reinforce and strengthen vulnerable individuals - Bring the sense of solidarity to the communities that need aid - Establish intercontinental partnerships - Share knowledge, skills, behaviours/attitudes between the volunteers and communities - Exchange of good practices while working at international and EU level - Support green practices in the communities - Establish intercultural learning - Reinforce participants with the knowledge of the 8 Key Competencies of Youthpass - Provide non-formal and informal learning environment for the participants as well as the target groups - Enhance the employability of the participants particular focus on those with fewer opportunities - Establish the principles of the Sustainable Development Goals within the communities The project will utilise all the online and offline channels to disseminate the impact of our activities to the world. There will be short movies which will describe the activities for each of the locations. The volunteers will do their best to make positive impact and change in the communities which have expressed a desire for humanitarian assistance. Through this well designed collaboration of supporting and hosting organisations, our 36 volunteers in the HAND project will be part of this transformation process project as the first generation of the ESC Humanitarian Aid Program.
